Welcome to Gym Beast. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, memberships, products, and services offered both online and at our physical location.

By using our services, purchasing from our store, or enrolling in a membership, you agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Membership Terms

Eligibility: Members must be at least 16 years old. Members under 18 require parental consent.
Membership Plans: Details of our plans (monthly, quarterly, annual, etc.) are available on the website. All memberships are personal and non-transferable.
Start Date & Billing: Memberships begin on the date of registration and are billed as per the selected plan.
Auto-Renewal: Some plans may auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. This will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
Access: Membership includes access to the gym floor, equipment, locker rooms, and group classes (as per plan).
Freezing/Pausing: We allow one-time plan freeze (7–30 days) per year for valid medical or travel reasons, with prior approval.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Membership Cancellation:
- Monthly plans can be cancelled with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
- Long-term plans (quarterly/yearly) are not refundable once the cycle starts.
- Exceptions may be made for medical reasons with official documentation.
Refunds on Products:
- Products purchased from our Shop (online or at the gym) are eligible for return within 7 days if unopened and unused.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
No Refunds for Missed Sessions: Missed group classes or training sessions are not refundable.

3. Shop Terms (Products & Orders)

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines depend on location and chosen courier.
Pricing: Prices may be subject to change without notice. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Availability: Products listed are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, a full refund or alternative will be offered.
Shipping: Delivery is currently limited to specific regions. Please refer to our shipping policy at checkout.

4. Code of Conduct

To maintain a respectful and safe environment, all members and visitors are expected to:

Respect staff, trainers, and fellow members.
Wipe down equipment after use.
Re-rack weights and return equipment after use.
Avoid misuse or damage to gym property.
Wear appropriate workout attire and footwear.
Refrain from recording others without consent.

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or termination of membership without refund.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risk.
You confirm that you are physically fit and able to participate in activities at Gym Beast.
Gym Beast is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues sustained while using the gym or participating in any training sessions.
Always consult a medical professional before beginning any fitness program.

6. Personal Training & Group Classes

Training sessions are scheduled in advance and are subject to trainer availability.
Cancellation of personal training must be made at least 24 hours prior to the session or the session will be forfeited.
Group classes follow a fixed calendar and schedule. Gym Beast is not liable for missed classes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, images, and materials on www.gymbeastindore.com are property of Gym Beast and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

8. Privacy Policy
