At Gym Beast, we’re committed to providing quality fitness services and products. Our Refund & Exchange Policy ensures transparency and fairness in all transactions, whether you’re shopping online or managing your gym membership.


1. Membership Plans – Cancellations & Refunds

  • Monthly Memberships
    • Can be cancelled with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing date.
    • No partial refunds for days not used within the billing cycle.
  • Quarterly & Annual Memberships
    • Non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
    • Freeze Option: One-time freeze for 7–30 days available per year due to medical or travel reasons, with written proof.
  • Exceptional Refunds
    • Refunds due to serious injury, illness, or relocation are considered on a case-by-case basis. Valid documentation must be provided.

2. Shop – Product Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Gym Beast products. Please review our policy below:

2.1. Return Eligibility

  • Products must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • In original packaging with all tags intact
    • Returned within 7 days of purchase (in-store or delivery date for online orders)
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Supplements, opened containers, used gym accessories, and personal hygiene products (e.g., shaker bottles, gloves).

2.2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund after review.

2.3. Exchange Policy

  • Products may be exchanged within 7 days for a different size or color (subject to availability).
  • Exchanges are only accepted if the product is unused and in saleable condition.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us via email at info@gymbeastindore.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Photos (if product is damaged or defective)
  2. Await Approval: Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions for drop-off or return shipping.
  3. Return the Product:
    • For online orders: Ship it to the provided return address at your cost unless it’s a damaged/incorrect item.
    • For in-store purchases: Bring the product with your receipt to our gym location.
  4. Processing Time: Refunds and exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • Cash (in-store): Immediate upon approval

Please note that transaction fees (if any) charged by your bank or payment gateway are non-refundable.


5. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to deny any return/exchange request that does not comply with our policy.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale unless defective.
  • Gym Beast is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit. Always use a trackable service.
