At Gym Beast, we’re dedicated to delivering your fitness essentials quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipment & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders placed through our online store.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 6 PM or on a non-working day will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Local Delivery (Indore region): 1–3 business days.
  • Delayed Delivery: In rare cases (e.g., festivals, weather disruptions, courier delays), orders may take longer. We’ll notify you in such instances.

🕒 Note: Delivery timelines may vary during sale periods or promotional campaigns.


3. Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • Orders below ₹999 will attract a flat shipping fee of ₹49.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery): Additional ₹50 COD fee, regardless of order value.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with:
    • Courier Partner Name
    • Tracking ID / Link
  • You can track your package directly via the courier’s tracking page or contact our team for assistance.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your products reach you safely and on time, including:

  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • Shiprocket
  • Ekart (for local deliveries)

6. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct while placing the order.
  • If delivery is missed due to incorrect address or unavailability at the time of delivery, re-shipping may incur extra charges.
  • Gym Beast is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, or natural events.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package is damaged, tampered, or has missing items, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
  • We will review your complaint and provide either:
    • A replacement (if stock is available)
    • A refund, depending on the issue

8. In-Store Pickup (If Applicable)

Prefer to collect your order personally?

  • Choose “Store Pickup” at checkout.
  • We’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are only fulfilled within India.
